THE STUDIO
WHAT IF EVERYTHING IS A LIE?
Then let it be a beautiful one.
LUGUNDTRUG is a visual effects studio in Berlin and Köln. Since 2007, we’ve shaped hundreds of films, series and commercials — making invisible work for feature film and streaming, and, through Neural, images no camera could ever have taken.

CAREERS
We hire liars of exceptional integrity.
No open listings right now — but compositors, FX TDs, generalists and ML engineers who love film should introduce themselves anyway. The best people on our team arrived unannounced.
INTRODUCE YOURSELF →A paid 6-month traineeship in VFX for feature film and commercials, offered twice a year — starting each October 1 and April 1.
Depending on your strengths, you'll take on project work in compositing and 3D, and support the team with day-to-day service tasks at our Berlin studio.
What we're looking for
A genuine interest in digital image-making — VFX in particular — and small projects of your own to show. Solid foundations in 3D and compositing, hands-on experience with Autodesk Maya and The Foundry Nuke. Motivated, a team player, able to work independently, with both creativity and technical understanding.
Note: we don't offer short-term school internships.
